• We will provide and deliver high resolution (at least 300ppi) images both inside and outside of your new or existing listing.
• We will take extra care to the best of our ability, to make sure the surrounding area is photographed to your expectations.
• We use a very high resolution camera so the quality of each photograph is outstanding. Also we will use extra lighting as needed to make sure each room is well lit and look it’s best.
• Once the photographs are taken, you will receive your high resolution electronic images. (within 24 hours in most cases-sooner if needed)
• Have you ever needed to present more than 24 images to your viewing audience? Image presentation is the way to do it!
• We will post and provide you a link for your listing images to be viewed. This is an individual and custom designed image presentation… Perfect for your Facebook, linkedin, website or even below your signature when sending an email.
• IF you have a marketing team in your office who does the publishing etc..an additional copy can be sent to them at NO extra cost.
• We are happy to work with each marketer, office manager, agent etc…as to the resolution/image size needed for their individual needs.

Medium/Large home or business in Novato* $150 (31-75 images).

Need more than 75 images?… 76-100 $200

We will post and provide you a link for your image presentation to be viewed. ($50 with the purchase of a small-large home/business session).
